Returns
At Belhamel, we value your satisfaction and offer a flexible return policy. Here are the key points:
Time Frame
You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to decide if you want to return a product for a refund or exchange.
Initiating a Return
To start the return process, please visit our contact page and complete the necessary form. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels for returns, and the cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Deadline for Return
Once you've informed us of your decision to return an item, please ensure that it is sent back no later than 14 days from that date.
Condition of Returned Items
Products must be returned in their original packaging, remain sealed, and be in an unused state. If the aluminum seal is removed, a £50 restocking fee will be applied. We can only process refunds or exchanges for items that meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and confirm the return of the item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus any applicable restocking fees.
Exchanges
If you request an exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched once we've received and inspected the returned item.
Non-Refundable Items
Please be aware that damaged, incomplete, or contaminated items, which cannot be resold, will not be accepted for returns, and no refund or exchange will be offered for such items.
Pre-orders
Pre-orders are charged upfront at the time of purchase and are committed to production immediately upon order placement. Because of this, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded prior to delivery. However, our 30-day money-back guarantee begins after you receive the product, ensuring a risk-free purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your pre-order item after delivery, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund.

Duration
The warranty on our products extends for two years from the date of shipment.
Coverage
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues arising under normal usage conditions.
Exclusions: The warranty does not apply to:
— Damage resulting from abnormal use, lack of care, or negligence.
— Accidents or harmful events.
— Incorrect use of the watch, including failure to follow instructions provided by Belhamel.
